Torsdag på Lokomotivværkstedet maj-19: fra flaske hos African Beer-standen. Klar lys gylden med ok skum. Banan, citrus, tyggis, gær, lys malt, strejf af krydder. En smule flad mundfølelse. Røvkedelig.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with hints of coriander. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and buttery. Low bitterness.

340ml bottle from the Beer52 box for June. A clear straw coloured pour with a loose white head; grainy aroma with a touch of yeast; pleasantly grainy taste I didn't get any trace of Witbier at first, but the final swirl of the glass released a sweet banana finish.
