Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Slightly hazy orange. Funk, vinegar, wood, fruitiness, sour, acidic and acetic, a bit salty and umami, a\ bit of pickled vegetables.

375ml bottle. B�st f�re 2028-05-02. Poured light cherry red color. Fizzy light head. Vinegary notes, tart, acidic, red berries. Mouthpuckering dry, tart, vinegary notes. Light, intense with red currants in the finish.

Bottle from Ica Liljeholmen. Pours pink red with disappearing pink bubbly head. Aroma of oak, wild yeast and red berries. Tart and funky, dry fruityness, oak and berries. Full taste and body for the abv.

375ml bottle from Pien. Tart, sourish and funky with loads of redcurrant, hints of yeast, oak and berries. Quite tasty and funky sour ale.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale red colour with brief, frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sour nose with notes of tart red fruit, red-currant, rhubarb, a touch of vinegar and wood. Fruity, tart taste with red-currant, red fruit, rowan-berries, lemon, oak wood, some vinegar and a tart and dry finish. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing with a slightly sharp sourness. Nice one.

Flaska från ICA Möllan, Malmö. Rosafärg färg, disig och i princip skumlös. Friskt syrlig aningen acetisk doft med vinbär och lite hö. Rejält syrlig, kanske väl bra när det drar lite åt vinäger men annars fint bärig och anningen funkig. Gott

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy reddish/orange with a small head. Aroma of berries, funk and light vinegar. The same in the taste. The body was light and the finish sour.
