2x4’s award winning cousin. The * Imperial IPA uses copious amounts of mosaic hops that give this beer strong notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango and berries. Brewed with a blend of northwest 2-row, light crystal, mosaic hops and some stuff you don’t even know about.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: rustic orange color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: bright citrus pulpy tones with some grapefruit rind, light malty notes
Flavor: mirrors the aroma mostly then has a nice finish of the citrusy rind and pulp
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, some smoothness along the tongue, light bitterness but nothing absurd
Overall: pretty nicely done DIPA I'd have again.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up in Jackson. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes piney, rindy tangerine and orange, sun-kissed malts, mild bitterness, tropical accents. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly warming, some piney resinous, more pale bread, citrus fruits. Super stuff.

The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured golden with a white head. Aroma is danky hops. Taste is danky hops, fruity, citrus.

Can, 0.355l. Aroma of citrus, ripe mango and papaya, flowers, pine and grass. Pours cloudy deep golden color with large soapy off-white head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet and rich toasted malt, following is tropical fruity, peachy, citrusy and grassy with moderate alcohol note, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Can, thanks FatPhil. Clear yellow golden, clear and looks kind of watery. Not that much foam there. dank nose, bit of hop caramel there, pleasant. Tastes lightly caramelly, hops strong there, caramel malty body, sweetness and kind of stable hop bitterness. Ends up a bit rough.
