33 cl can @ hotel room, Kotka. Batch #105, BBE 9.12.2022 Aroma has nice licorice root tones. Flavour has molasses, some licorice. Feels slightly messy and this has some slight east European porter vibes. But still pretty tasty with good drinkability.

Draught@SOPP Tampere 2019. Deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is toasted, some floral, nutty and mild fruity notes. Flavour is toasted, fruity, some nutty notes. Quite tasty, but still very watery. And no aftertaste.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark mal, caramel, wood, toasted, thin, wood - hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, toasted, malt bitter, hay - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211029]

Can from Pien, Helsinki. Dark and glossy cola brown. Aroma of sweet berries and coffee. Foamy beige head. Initial creamy sweet edged coffee before the bitterness ramps up. Underlying sour dark berries. Medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. I liked this. Has some character to it.

Tiny fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, dark sugar, weeds, burnt, sour-ish roasted grain, bark, soil, paper, minerals, dark malts, sour coffee, dusty licorice. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, paper, minerals, sour-ish roasted grain, bark, soil, butterscotch, burnt toast, grass, medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!
