All of our beers have 700 years of tradition of Grodzisk beer brewing. We’re always seeking new beer challenges, creating new recipes and finding original additions. Originality is our tradition. Grodzisk APA is our version of American Pale Ale. We brew the beer using original Grodzisk yeast with our own combination of Polish hop varieties. You’ll discover herbal, citrus and fruit aromas, and a well-balanced bitterness. Flavors of hops and malt with a subtle hint of caramel, drinkable, and extremely refreshing.

22/04/2023 Aromat jabłkowy, jakieś chmiele, trochę tego i owego raczej delikatnie. Biała piana, żółte zamglone. Smak goryczki wyraźny, średnio słodkie. Nagazowanie duże, ciało mało, finisz lekko chmielowy. Ogólnie tak powinno smakować w takim stylu ale nie jest to jakieś wybitne piwo można się napić.

High head, slightly foggy beer in gold-amber color. The scent is very herbal with pine and resin hints. Medium to high bitterness — just enough. The overall composition is well-balanced. Medium body, not too thin, easy to drink.

Cloudy dark golden, white head. Grassy, slightly citrusy aroma, some malt. Sweet citrusy, sweet malty flavour, grapefruity bitterness.

Keg at Barbarka, Wroclaw, 21/07/22. Hazed orange with a good sized just off white cap. Nose is orange peel, grass, straw, grains, melon. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, airy malts, herb, melon, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness. So so affair ... very much stuck at the start of 3rd gear.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Some citrus notes but with an unclean touch. Medium body, fruity, odd slight smokiness and a bitter finish. Drinkable, but not really up there. 170920
