All of our beers have 700 years of tradition of Grodzisk beer brewing. We’re always seeking new beer challenges, creating new recipes and finding original additions. Originality is our tradition. Grodzisk APA is our version of American Pale Ale. We brew the beer using original Grodzisk yeast with our own combination of Polish hop varieties. You’ll discover herbal, citrus and fruit aromas, and a well-balanced bitterness. Flavors of hops and malt with a subtle hint of caramel, drinkable, and extremely refreshing.

Bottle at a tasting. Not bad, but not good either. Rather average, bland. Bitterness has upper hand, but no big hops flavours. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Average.

Bottle from trade from Grzesiek79, many thanks man. Golden orange color with small white head. Aroma of hops. Taste, solid malty base followed by moderate hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied.

Złota barwa lekko zamglone, piana intensywna ładnie zdobi szklankę. W aromacie ziołowe, minimalnie cytrusowe. W smaku mocno karmelowe, cytrusy znów na poziomie autosugestii. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, delikatnie zalegająca. Nic specjalnego.

Piwa z Grodziska mogą konkurować jedynie z trunkami od browaru Amber. Klasa sama w sobie , APA jest wyśmienita, jedynie goryczka troszkę niska choć ostatnio wzrosłsła , tak to nie ma do czego się przyczepić, kolor, wygląd, pijalność i smak są na odpowiednim poziomie .

50cl bottle from a random shop in Gdansk. Pours almost clear deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Hoppy and slightly smoky aroma with tropical fruits, malt and hints of citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with interesting flavour combination and a fairly pleasant bitterness.

Bottled, from Piwoteka, Łódź. Almost clear amber, rich lively head. Buttery grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Butter and tea, bergamott and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

bottle from eBrowarium. Golden with a tall white head. Smoke in the nose together with reisny-fruity hops - sounds weird but works really well. Same in the flavour, combined with a smooth and velvety palate.
