Burk. Fräsch, lättdrucket men med en ganska spetsig örtighet i eftersmaken. Bra till mat! Kanske att den är något överhumlad vilket gör att karaktären från jästen inte riktigt träder fram. Men gott är det!

33cl bottle @ Ekstedt Restaurant. Nice to see Michelin star restaurant with a decent craft selection - here the place offered 7 of them and a cider.
Une belle étiquette laissant songeur sur une origine très au nord de la Suède.
Couleur paille sur un léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme est frais avec un léger parfum de la bergamote. Le bouquet reste sur une base classique de grains - malt pils. Effluves délicats du dry hopping qui s'ajoutent à l'agrume mais sans en devnir surfait - au pire, cela donne une certaine fraicheur.
Palais reste sur une base classique pour une grisette revisitée - brassée en Suède avec de la bergamote et du Citra. Le tout est plutôt sec sur un malt pils avec un fini subtile sur l'apport des houblons - l'ajout de Citra et Haletauer Blanc cherchant à souligner le côté fruité entre agrumes et fruits blancs/fleuri.

(Draught at Parkvillan, Åre, Sweden, 15 Aug 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of white bread, banana, citrus, tea and spices. Fruity taste with white bread, honey, citrus, tea, clove and a finish with low bitterness. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Spicy and refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Very lively carbonation. Really refreshing, a perfect summer beer. It seems to move quite seamlessly between a really nice hopped cloudy lager and a saison. It has some hopped wheat malt flavours in there. I think it's a class act. (2/5/19) --- Keg at Parkvillan, Åre. Much more funky this time in a good way. 3.5 to 3.8.
