Our take on the classic Grisette is a modern one, brewed with barley and wheat, some light caramel malts and a good amount of Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops. We added a dash of bergamot as well which lends a spicy fruitiness that go really well with the dryhop.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden, small head. Mildly tart fruity nose with some white bread. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Very slightly citric, white bread. Low bitterness. Pleasant and refreshing.

Åre Bryggkompagni Lekatt Grisette. Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, lågt vitt skum. Torrhumlad och kryddad med bergamott. Frisk och trevligt kryddig och lite oljig med en touch bergamorr. Lätt, snygg och balanserad. Gott.
