Bottle split at Bruce’s, thanks to Fergus, 06/03/15. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is earthy hop, pine, tangerine, mandarin, spice, orange pith, dank strokes. Taste comprises dank hops, pine needle, bitter orange, citric peel, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, earthy hop bitterness in the close and dank hop tones. Easy drinking DIPA.

Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with good fine carbonation. Nice light pale malts with a good touch of creamy sweetness. Hops start spicy and grassy with a slight herbal vibe. Semi sweet pine and then more hop spice. Little bitter floralnes and light and juicy tropical fruits. Airy finish. Hops spice linger. A light and tasty DIPA that goes down far too easily!

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Nice aroma of ripe citrus fruits, light tropical juice. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of oily pine, pale bread, orange, papaya. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mild hop resins on the finish, more juicy citrus, light piney bitterness. Very solid.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Clear, dark gold. Thin, bubbly, white head. Dank, Granny medicine, herbal, fruity hop. Taste is sweet, chewy, turning big piny, resinous bitter. Oily, greasy, full body. Finishes long, piny, dank, chewy, medicinal ointment that’s way beyond it’s use by date, bitter. Fantastic. Well worth the air miles!

The taste is bitter-sweet, juicy, light caramel, orange, tangerine, mango, caramel, light alcohol, pine and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. 500ml bottle from New World Saint Martins, Christchurch. Pours clear amber, very beautiful. Strong grassy nose, foreshadowing what will come once you take a sip: A fruity, citric, complex combination of hops, well balanced and interesting even towards end.
