500mL bottle, pours a pale golden with a small white head. Nose has loads of piney hops, a bit of resin and a bit of floral hop notes, with a light cracker malt backing. Flavour brings out fairly bitter piney hops, a bit of passionfruit, some citrus and orange, and a light cracker malt backing. Very pleasant flavours, but not the most dynamic or complex array of them. Highly drinkable and quite enjoyable. Good one.

Bottle. Clear pale gold with a fluffy white head that fades to a coat. Aroma of pine, passionfruit, nectarines, biscuits. Mouthfeel is fullish and very slightly creamy. Taste has some slight sweetness with nectarines, light biscuit, fairly raw alcohol, window cleaner, pine. Bitter finish fades fairly quickly leaving a little pine and alcohol. Grew on me a bit as I got used to the alcohol note and some lychees emerged, but didn’t really cohere - too boozy for a casual smack of hops; not interesting- or together-enough to be the brooding brain-eater it promises.
