Bottle 330ml. [ As Berliner Berg California Wheat ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, grass, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 6-3-6-3-12

Fra flaske på ølsmagning "Bayern vs. Berlin" (DØE København Nord) sep-17: uklar korngul med ok skum. Bananer og tropiske frukter (pluss noe grapefrukt) hele veien, så det var flere enn jeg som syntes at den tenderer mot en apa. Fruktig og god humlebitterhet. Skled sorgløst ned, og heldigvis kunne jeg forsyne meg en gang til. Mye smak i såpass lav voltstyrke.

*Bottle in Hamburg. Grainy beginning with Weizen parts, nice fresh fruity floralness. Moderate bitter, hints of grain there with fresh citrus in the aroma. Round and nice.

330 ml bottle. Pours pale yellow with fluffy head. Grapefruit and other citric notes, tropical fruits, grass. Balanced taste. Bitter, metallic and yeasty. Slightly sour. Soft carbonated, light bodied. Easy to drink. More an IPA than a wheat ale.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, golden colour with a firm and medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Citric, slightly peachy and herbal-spicy hoppy aroma with a mildly wheaty and slightly yeasty touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Slim malty base with slightly wheaty notes, present fruity, herbal and delicately resiny hops; dry and slim, quite hop bitter finish with spicy and mildly fruity hoppy accents.
