12 oz. can. Pours a cloudy straw color. With a small, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is hay, peaches, light syrup, orange peel, and a bit of cloves. Sweet and fruity, with a light, earthy bitterness. Light to medium body, chalky, slightly acidic, and syrupy. This is a fun, refreshing, and very peachy beer.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Bombay Wines and Spirits in St Charles, Missouri. The pour is a hazed yellow orange with a white head, leaving behind nice lace. The aroma is fruity peach, sweet, bright, along with herbal floral. The taste is the peach, a touch syrupy, along with the herbal floral yeast and finishes with grass and wheat grain. The flavors come together nice as the beer warms. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a lingering yeast and peach finish. Solid.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/30/2016. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of peach, lemon, pear, pineapple, melon, pepper, clove, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, peaches, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big peach, lemon, pear, pineapple, melon, pepper, clove, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spiciness and light fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, lemon, pear, pineapple, melon, pepper, clove, wheat, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, peaches, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from yeast spiciness, that increases through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice fruited saison. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, peaches, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

This beer pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of peaches, herbal yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a peach and floral yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice equal parts yeast and fresh peaches. Flavor is some fresh cut hay, a nice creamy yeast and then more of the fresh ripe peach. Finish is a bit thin and tart but very refreshing. For a six pack of canned saison this is pretty flavorful. I hope this makes an appearence next year.

Super hazy, light golden body with a rich, dense off-white head, about two centimetres tall. Aroma of peaches, apricots, full fruit, light earth an malt and a touch of spices in the mix - quite pungent. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong pumpkin pie spice flavour with a taste of nutmeg noticeable, coupled with a light sour and sweet flavour and ending a touch simple and muted. Aftertaste shows a touch of pears and grain with no real squash flavour or complexity. Aftertaste is one-dimensional with only a touch of hops throughout the entire beer - pretty muted. Overall, not a beer worth buying in this case - I purchased fhis twelve ounce single for US$2,69 at Crystal City Wine Shop in Arlington, Virginia and sampled it at home in Wsahington, purchased for US$2,69 on 04-August-2015.
