[ As Ritual LAB Holy Haze ].
ABV: 6.5%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy nd open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, melon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, melon, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210530]

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a nice pale yellow, hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is intense of grapefruit, very fresh. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is markedly bitter. Final is quite long and still strongly bitter, maybe too much.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190725) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, citricness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant fruity brew that could have been benefited from a stronger body.
