Thanks omhper! Brownish black colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is toasted, some roasted, liquorice, mild toasted and some mild chocolaty tones. Flavour is quite similar. Pleasant. A bit like a well-hopped Porter too. But CDA is what it is.

Thx to Niss666 for this bottle-Euro Swap 01/22. Deep black color and a nice brown head. Restrained nose, hoppy. Taste starts with a bitter-roasty malty flavor. Followed by piney hops, grapefruit and grapefruit peel. Long lasting, bitter- hoppy finish with an ashy twist

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Liquorice, malt, sweet, more liquorice.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Liquorice, malt, some fruit, liquorice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black with rich beige head. Aroma of grapefruit and licorice. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak, licorice and treacle with citrus atop. Mid bitter finish. A really heavy piece.
