ITALIANO - Baladin POP (popular beer) è la prima birra artigianale italiana… In lattina!Birra in stile Baladin reinterpretata in chiave pop con l’intento di proporre una birra di grande qualità ma facilmente fruibile. Schiuma bianca e compatta, si presenta di colore dorato. La luppolatura a freddo (dry hopping) che utilizza luppolo in fiore qualità Mosaic e Cascade prodotto in Italia, le dona delicate note erbacee ben bilanciate con la parte maltata. Fresca al naso e in bocca, si completa con un finale secco e gradevole. È ideale per un aperitivo e si accompagna a cibi freschi, ad antipasti leggeri di verdure e molto bene, anche, con il pesce.

A typical Baladin-style beer with a pop twist to it: the idea is to offer a high quality beer that is also easy to consume. It has a white, thick head and a golden color. The dry hopping technique - with Mosaic and Cascade hop buds produced in Italy - gives it gentle herbaceous notes which strike a good balance with the malts. The fresh scents and taste are rounded off by a dry and pleasant finish.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma is floral, mild tropical fruity, citrusy and biscuity. Pours clear pale golden color with medium sized soapy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy tropical fruity and sweet malty, following is slightly medicinal, floral and rubbery, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Can@Nolia Beer 2019, Umeå. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some wood, elderflower and mild toasted tones. Flavour is citrus, some wood, mild herbal and some floral tones.

Can shared in a conference room. Cheers to Ken. Pours pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour, crackery pale mats, ripening lemon, white grape. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, pine needles, more ripening citrus. So so.

Bottle shared at the columbus tasting 22/032023. Many thanks. A light hazed golden brushed gold halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, low wheaty, blueberry notes. soft wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft wheat, mineral , wheat. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, fine carbonation.
