ITALIANO - Baladin POP (popular beer) è la prima birra artigianale italiana… In lattina!Birra in stile Baladin reinterpretata in chiave pop con l’intento di proporre una birra di grande qualità ma facilmente fruibile. Schiuma bianca e compatta, si presenta di colore dorato. La luppolatura a freddo (dry hopping) che utilizza luppolo in fiore qualità Mosaic e Cascade prodotto in Italia, le dona delicate note erbacee ben bilanciate con la parte maltata. Fresca al naso e in bocca, si completa con un finale secco e gradevole. È ideale per un aperitivo e si accompagna a cibi freschi, ad antipasti leggeri di verdure e molto bene, anche, con il pesce.

A typical Baladin-style beer with a pop twist to it: the idea is to offer a high quality beer that is also easy to consume. It has a white, thick head and a golden color. The dry hopping technique - with Mosaic and Cascade hop buds produced in Italy - gives it gentle herbaceous notes which strike a good balance with the malts. The fresh scents and taste are rounded off by a dry and pleasant finish.

33cl can on a Trenitalia train, in Italy. Pours fairly hazy, classic gold, with medium white foam, fine. Aroma is floral, cereal. Body is medium, without good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some initial sweetness. Finish is average.

Canned 330ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, fruity and mild hoppy nose. Sweetish malty, jam like fruity notes, light citrus and slightly oxidized with bitterish finish.

Pours yellow, large fading head.Nose shows floral and spicy hops along with a bit of green apple and biscuity malt.Flavours include more floral and spicy hops, some grassy notes. A bit of light malt in the background.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy citric aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Can.Gold with a white head that fades. 3- Aroma of bitter oranges , light biscuit, some herbs. Taste pretty much follows. Bittersweet w a dryish finish . Pleasant, low key.

Il gusto al naso viene indirizzato al luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie resiste poco. L’aspetto del liquido è limpido. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo e lungo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori di miele, agrumi e resina.
