In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia, limone, erbe aromatiche, vino bianco, pepe bianco e sour.

On tap at Elizabeth Station. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Saison yeast on the nose, cracker malts, some grains, some phenols in the background. Flavour has a spicy saison character up front, but doesn't really carry through. Malts are decent. The saison bit is there, but is muddled and come across pretty amateurish. Disappointing given that Hill Farmstead co-produced this.

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle from Winooski Beverage.

Into a tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace and left some light lace
Aroma: sweet vinous to herbal and mixed citrusy notes; Brett sweet and sour notes; hay/straw notes; subtle woody spice notes
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to sour to tart to subtle spice way down in there; finishes mostly sour to tart with discernible dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; leaning to being a sipper; some smoothness but also an appropriate level of tartness nicking the tongue as well as a vinous-like/champagne sort of higher carb character to this (I expected this despite not exactly very warm to it)
Overall: this is well brewed but leaning a bit more towards wine which isn't my thing.

75cl bottle no year mentioned anywhere as far as I can see. 6%
opened with a giant shaken champaigne like BANG but no beer spilled out so well done.
tons of brett in the aroma, also some hay, very dry and non-sweet, very balanced. crisp. flavor is grassy with notes of hay and a lot of brett dryness and yeastiness. quite refreshing and a strong bretty flavor for a 6%er. far from as sweet as most biere de garde, and imho much better. perhaps a bit onesided bitter yeasty but otherwise a fine saison.

12.7 oz corked and caged green bottle from Smokes and Suds. Pours slightly hazy golden with a giant soapy head that sticks around. Aroma has notes of skunk, lemon, wood, sulphur. Taste is lightly sweet with a hint of hop bitterness around the edges. Highly carbonated champagne-like mouthfeel.

Pake gold pour white head. Kind of a weird spicy hoppy bit on top of malt and herbal notes. Ok.
