Tap at Transporter x Nakameguro taproom Taiwan earthquake relief event. Wonderful saison yeast nose with green apple, pear grapefruit and lime standing out. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel with a hint of light graininess present. Medium body with a tad of booze noticeable, but not overwhelming. As it warms more fruit comes out. 0,75l bottle shared by me at Bratislava Evening Tasting. BB end of 2018. light yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells a bit candyish, light vanilla, acidic, bit weird smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, lemon grass, grass, herbs, some belgian yeast. finishes lightly dry and a bit bitter with notes of lemon grass and citric notes. decent stuff, was hoping for a bit more sourness, a bit more on the hoppy side, good stuff though.

Bottle shared at home. Clear yellow golden with huge white head. Very strong lacing in the glass. Sweet malts, grass, daisy cores, cow parsley, coriander, light caramel, almond paste, spring onion, dough, very light non sour funk. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Location: 750 ml bottle from the HF brewery, 10/22/15
Aroma: It has a refreshing great and floral aroma, fruity and yeasty as well
Appearance: The pour is golden with rather large, thick, and frothy white head and heavy lace
Flavor: The taste is along the same lines, nice yeasty flavor, bright, clean hops
Palate: Pretty good mouthfeel, though it is slightly over carbonated for my personal preference.
Overall Impression: Decided to break this one out tonight as I was wanting something really good, and I was not disappointed. Nice, rather clean and enjoyable Saison. Good flavors.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Pale yellow color with a huge long lasting white head. Aromas of bananna clove pepper yeast and mild hops. Taste is light fruity with spicy tones. A good beer.
