Fles 75cl. Helder lichtgeel bier met moois stevig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en ietwat fruitig met iets van citrus en gras.

Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, mildly spicy with some sweet malts. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild funk with citrus and some spicy notes. Nicely balanced, but a bit on the boring side.

375ml bottle - Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a large frothy white head that diminished. The aroma is spicy, straw, citric and yeasty. A moderately sweet, yeasty and spicy taste, yeasty eaters, straw, peach and lemon peel flavours with a drying bitter finish.

Bottle, date unclear. Misted gold with a fluffy inch of white head. Aroma of very slightly funky crackery dough, some nectarine, oldish grapefruit.Just medium bodied, quite fizzy. Dryish with lean crackery pale malt, Riesling, hints of stone fruit and hayish funk, a mixture of preserved citrus peel and zest at the bitter finish. Spices creep in very gradually.`A second glass is softer and not so pretty.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, saison yeast, hay, herbal, pepper, mild citrus. Flavor is light sweet, lightly bitter, malt, yeasty, saison yeast, hay, banana, herbal notes, pepper, light citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, dry finish. bottiglia 375 ml, schiuma super abbondante bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso è intensa classico aroma Saison scorza d’arancia spezie pepe cereali leggero Funky, in bocca è speziata frutta gialla coriandolo e pepe con un finale di limone, corpo medio, carbonazione forte, dolce con amaro moderato, media secchezza nel finale. Più aromatica e fruttata della sorella. Ben strutturata. Un Saison di qualità superiore. Ottima c. Cantina della birra 20.08.22
