Nuestra IPA está inspirada en la versión moderna de la costa oeste, ideal para iniciarse en este estilo. Aromática y equilibrada. Seca en el paladar, de retrogusto afrutado, poco amargor pero mayor aroma gracias al dry hop, destaca toronja, mango y también algo de resina. Una de nuestras etiquetas mas populares. Bébela lo mas pronto posible y deleitate con su frescura.

3/8/2023. Bottle bought at Peterborough Beer Festival 2022. Pours almost clear golden amber with a large foamy white head. Aroma is dank, hoppy, orange, grapefruit, pine, slight soapy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Bitterness develops nicely in finish. Surprisingly good.

355ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 15th April 2023. Drank at home on 28th April 2022. Clear amber body (until I allowed some sediment to leave the bottle, I then gained some 'floaters'), off-white head. Malty with an orange marmalade like aroma and taste, nice bitter feel to it, liked it.

Had this on draft at the brewery, and in the bottle elsewhere. Big sweet fruity hop nose. Decent malt base. A high quality old school IPA. It's a little biscuity, fairly light body for the style, so easy to drink. A bit sweet, but quite good. It would be a staple if I lived in Guadalajara.

Keg at Hop The Beer Experience 2, Mexico City. Lightly hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma of tangerine and pine. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready with grapefruit peels and pine. Quite bitter finish.
