Poured from 473mL can (thanks Travis). Hazy blonde gold with small white head. On par with my original experience on tap, hops seem just a tad brighter, maybe it was the hose or the temperature (adding a +0.1 to the overall score). Mar 01, 2024 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from the tap. Medium hazy blonde gold with white head. Brewer Travis says the hops always change so not sure what hops are in this one / which version (he was pretty sure this one had some sabro and mosaic). Tropical citrus hops, just a touch subdued, but decent.

Keg at Jardín Chapultepec, Mexico City. Hazy pale amber, small head. Fruity nose with tangerine and mango. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrup and mango, some dough. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at Jardin Chapultepec, pours a translucent lemon yellow, white head. Nose has lemon, orange blossom, some light grapefruit, grass, herbs. Flavor is simple grist, lemon, flowers, soap, grapefruit. Simple. Dry finish.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light biscuit malt, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and balanced. On tap at brewery.

Lime and grapefruit here. Pretty well done, which is a noce break after some bad IPAs from other Mexican breweries lately. More on West Coast style. Hazy yellow pour with decent head and lacing. Bitter peel astringence. Tap at brewery.
