We’ve added a new seasonal twist to our classic Golden Gate Gose. We took our tart, Leipzig-style recipe of pale malt, wheat, coriander, and SF Bay sea salt and ramped up the flavor with spicy ginger.

The result is an aromatic, refreshing beer packed with earthy and spicy flavors, perfect for sipping through the late summer months and into the fall. Pair this bold brew with vibrant Thai noodles, fresh sashimi, and sweet coconut desserts.

Tap at Watering Hole. Pours a mostly clear yellow gold with a small half-finger white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Light ginger aromas with some funk, coriander and light yogurt. Taste is funky with some light pepper and burn from the ginger that warms the palate. Light salt towards the bottom of the glass. Not bad at all.
