16oz can from Woodland. Near black pour with a thin beige head, thicker around the collar. Aroma offers a rich roasty malt profile, notes of coffee and oak. Taste is sweet and chocolaty, smooth, clean. ABV? Where? Sweet and crushable, but don't, savor and enjoy.

16oz can from Woodland. Near black pour with silky, swirly brown head. Boozy, sweet, sugary aroma, hint of maple. Taste is sweet, cocoa, maple syrup and a pleasant burn. Sweet, chocolaty notes linger with a nice alcohol glow. They've done it again. Awesome stuff!

Can shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to Cloin. Pours brown-black with a foamy, tan head. Sweet but still has decent balance, with notes of rich chocolate, toasted caramel, brownies. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more dense chocolate character. Very tasty.

Whiskey, coffee, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet coffee, whiskey, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Nice body and balance. Unsurprisingly, a boozy finish. Tasty.

Whiskey/rum, chocolate malt and hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Moderately sweet whiskey/rum, coffee, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Nice body - boozy finish. Definitely a sipper - excellent.

Can split at the L6 Tasting Krismass Karnage Tasting, from an IP with Steveoj, 19/12/19. Black with a well presented tan cap that stays for the show. Nose is chocolate melt, big bourbon rip, coffee bean, light spice, brown sugars, toffee. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, toffee fudge, rich roast, coffee grinds, well integrated bourbon. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid BA impy.

16 oz can from Tavour, 2/14/20. Dark brown color, creamy light brown head. Big whiskey aroma, bit of rum too. Coffee and chocolate coming through as well, but the whiskey is the star of the aroma for sure. Whiskey taste as well, gets some more dark fruit / raisin to it. Brown sugar notes. Overall, this one is big and boozy. A sipper for sure. Good flavor, good overall. 7/4/8/3/15
