capped and corked bottle Blend #V23 beautiful very wild and sour aroma, leather, wild ale yeast, malts, lots of sournes, no nail polish. Flavor is leather, malts, sour wild notes, apricot, oranges, lots of funk, end is with a super dry feeling, but not dry in the flavor, almost more fruity into the end. This is a really good wild, good sipper, crazy wild.

Draught @ Pien, Helsinki. Sour, funky and farmyardy with loads of vinous notes, wood, bretta, some sea buckthorn and tanninic red wine notes. Interesting, quite complex.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, dissipating white head. Very complex, pleasant sour nose - seems to have both Brett and Acetobacter - and probably more. Medium body with a low carbonation. Initially sweet, some overripe fruit, a vague hint of baking yeast but nothing to spoil the fun. Acidity spot on aggreable. Quite nice. 060520

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of oak, some funk and citrus. The same in the taste, also sea buckthorn and white bread. Not bad but not the best one from Brekeriet.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden, small head. Citric buckthorn aroma with notes of butter. Acetic with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and citric acid, sea buckthorn. Lightly buttery finish.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul och disig med ett krämigt lågt vitt skum. Vinös, aningen funkig, rejält syrlig med citrus och havtorn. Ganska komplex där rödvinsfattonerna spelar snyggt med havtorn och grundbrygden. Mycket gott
