Bottle, 22oz. A dense, finger-thick off-white head leaves lacings over an unclear golden body. The aroma is quite citrusy, with resins, grapefruit and pine cones. Pale malts in the back. Alcohol notes. It’s full-bodied and faintly warming on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. The flavor has a nice bitterness, leaving the malty sweetness in the background. Grapefruit, pale malts, pine cones, resins and even more grapefruit.

Bottle 650ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape and peach. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long grapefruit and bitter finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Intense, citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, orange, biscuity malty background. Taste is initially minimally sweet, juicy, grapefruit and pineapple notes, later more and more bitter hoppy, minimally mineral and chalky. Relatively light for a DIPA, perfectly hidden alcohol, dangerously drinkable - brain dead risk.

Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Little creamy malt, pretty dry. Trace of caramel. Hops are dry pine with a little hop spice. Mild citrus. Dry bitterish finish. Pretty drinkable but lacking a wow factor and I don’t get the grapefruit vibe at all!

65 cl bottle @ tiong, BBE 01.01.2015
Aroma is fresh with grapefruit and some orange. Also some caramel. Flavour has grapefruit, aggressive hops, orange and some citrus. Quite what it promises to be: a citrus fruit overdose. Not like it is a bad thing; finally a DIPA that I cannot blame for sweetness or unpleasant lingering hops.

650ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop

Mindst holbar til 1/01/2015 - Pours orange with a tiny head. Aroma of zesty grapefruit, juicy hops, floral notes and caramely malts. Taste is juicy, floral and grapefruity with some grassy notes and caramely malts. Finish is floral and fruity with some grassy notes and caramel. Perhaps not super fresh, but still very tasty.

Bottle bought @ The Mikkeller webshop. No bottled on date I can find. Pours hazy deep orange with a creamy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass. smell is slightly malty and fruity with biscuits, caramel, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, yellow winegums, grapefruit pith and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, slightly malty and tiny fruity with biscuits, caramel, grapefruit pith, moist grass, pine needles, cardboard and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is round, tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet, bitter and tiny fruity with biscuits, caramel, grapefruit pith, moist grass, pine needles, cardboard, orange peal and lemon zest. Another old outrageously priced IPA from the Mikkeller webshop.
