Despite his bitterness, lack of power and insuperable aversion to any over-the-counter labor - he kind of has a charming charisma, and perhaps he is even loveable. Somehow we find him unbelievable irresistible and stimulating because he is one of the few that masters the ability to effortlessly impress with wide-ranging conversation even though he was not even supposed to be here today.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: cloudy orange to amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mixed citrusy to grapefruity to orangey hop notes; clean malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality: finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also enough hop bitterness acting assertively
Overall: there we go, Evil Twin, a nicely done DIPA I could return to.

I am a big Evil Twin fan, but this one is not one of the stars in their sky. Could be an old can. The nose has elements of malt and ripe fruit, but nothing jumps out at you. The taste lacks distinction among the elements. There is sweet malt, some citrus bite and other berries underneath. It is smooth and drinkable, but not a great creation by evil twin standards.

Can from Beergium. Aroma is fruity hops, quite some citrus, orange, pale malt, grapefruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Lots of orange and grapefruit, lacks the finesse of a god tier IPA, but it’s quite good with a fine bitterness.

Can from Best of Beers, Ålborg. Unclear pale golden body with an off-white head. Mild fruity aroma, hint of berries, marmalade and some malt. I read NEIPA in the style, but I think this is closer to a classic IPA with a distinct malty base, pronounced bitterness and even hint of some dry fruit. Rather pleasant beer actually, nothing amazing but a tasty and balanced IPA. Fine body as well and god bitter aftertaste. Feels a bit weak on the aroma, bot a totally decent one.
