Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazy pinkish orange with small white head. Lots of young oak, plum, mild tartness, lacto. Decent.

Pours with good foam and a deep clean rosé body, soft tart plum aroma with some mellow wood notes. Flavour is good tart plum, some very soft malt, and wood hints help dry it out. Good aftertaste, some yeastiness and citrus to balance it out. A good balance here, nothing too complex or over the top but very well made and nice.

500mL bottle, pours a dark reddish pink with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with plums upfront, with lots of oak, gentle wild yeast, and heaps of plums. Flavour is loaded with intense plums upfront, with moderate oak, and a little wild yeast. Loads of plums -- beautiful expression. Excellent.

Bottle from Legacy. Pinkish-purple colour with no head. On the nose, it's showing a lot of tartness and bright plum character. The tartness is deep and lactic, but there's a fair bit of fruit sweetness to help cut it. Bright plum. Decent body. Slight barrel note, but this is mainly lacto and fruit. I don't actually get a whole lot of brett out of it.

Cloudy pinkish red with a decent white head. Light red fruit and some sweetness. Light tart and dry red fruit with a touch of candy.
