Can at home picked up from Waitrose. A mostly clear plum reddy coloured pour with a candy floss pink head. Aroma is subdued, earthy berry, wheat, yogurt, dries yogurt, light salt. Flavour is composed of dried red berries, cranberry, scummy yogurt, metalic notes, bitter berries. Palate is semi sweet and sour, bitter, highish carbonation .

150ml on tap at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Misty blood reddish body, pinkish head, spotty lacing. Moderate grass and beery skins on the nose. Taste of strawberries, bread and tea, very modest acidity. Drying ending, more sweet than tart. Satisfying. (Tromsø 18.12.2019).

Can. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Moderate haze on a dirty, dark pink. Fine, messy, off white head. Nose has hedgerow berries. Yoghurt. Some wet leaf. Some earthy grain. Taste is tart and woody bitter. Very light berry sweetness. Medium body. Foamy carbonation. Earthy and woody finish. Didn’t get on with this at all.

[44cl can from Waitrose, Bracknell.] A raspberry coloured pour with a loose pink head; berry aroma; tart fruity taste to start then softer and sweeter; with a smooth bready finish. Pleasant and not too demanding.
