Trevlig

Light brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of caramel and malts. Light bitterness in the finish.

Bruin bier zonder schuim.

Bottle kindly shared by Rubin77 at a tasting in his flat. Rather simple, but pleasant belgian style brown beer. Dried fruits, hints of roast. Good one.

Pours dark amberbrown, small white head fades fast. Smell is sweet, some caramel, bit thin. taste is sharp, very mild bitterness. earthy, even a very very remote note of coffee ( bittnerness ) mild aspects of roastyness ( roasty amber malts ) easy drinkable. I can see this working as a typical fall-beer.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Vulpen, Doorn. Dark amber with an off-white head. Caramel and malts in the aroma. Taste is bittersweet. Medium thick body. Not a bad Belgian bock at all.

Draft.
