13/XI/21 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 2 (Waagnatie, Antwerp), BB: n/a (2021-1423) Thanks to the Brewver crew and other beer buddies for sharing today’s beers!
Clear pale white-yellowish beer, no head. Aroma: very herbal, lots of ginger, lavender, floral, soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: all ginger, very hot and spicy indeed, nice, little fruity, funky, tropical fruits. Aftertaste: lots and lots of ginger, very spicy stingy ginger, good stuff!

Bottle picked up from Biervana, Munich. Consumed at home Sunday 2nd May 2021. Cooking a homemade Lasagne alla CacciatoraDream Wife - So When You Gonna. Pours hazy yellow with a the fastest disappearing white head ever. Woahhh!!! This is a hot 🔥 beer, sour, really zappy, the heat really stays, the ginger is also noticeable but the heat kills this for me. Cannot finish this.

Bottle from Erzengel, thanks. Acidic aroma with ginger and light chilly notes. Hot acidic taste, chilly, medium sour. Light to medium body, sour hot acidic chilly finish. Not my favourite.

Bottle from trade with Rauchbierlover, many thanks man. Yellow color with minimal white head. Aroma of ginger and habanero. Taste, strong habanero, light ginger, lactic sourness. Too hot for being enjyoable.

Small white head, fast dwindling into nothingness; fully hazy lemonjuice-coloured beer. Capsaicin already in the nose, lactic acid, lemon, fresh green leaves. Ginger is there too, but surprisingly restrained. Sharp onset with lemon and lactic acid, then immediately scorching capsaicin, especially backthroat, obliterating all other sensations. Again the ginger is hardly noticeable, the Habanero all the more. Pity. What else to say? Not much body, not much carbonation. I repeat myself: In der Beschränkung zeigt sich erst der Meister ...

Huge thanks Ryan for sharing! Paaale yellow body, no head. Ginger, some habanero spiciness and light sour touches. Very, very sour taste, ginger, some chili/habanero, huge lemony lactic notes, solid heat, clean, quite balanced. In essence great stuff brought slightly down by slightly too low pH.
