25-11-19 // tap at Hopfenreich. Nothing compared to the Irmgard. Not that sharp sour at all. Slight unclear yellwoish. No head. Nose pf green fresh habaneros. Low carbonati on. Aroma of a nice Berliner Weisse, yeasty wildness but mellow and then a sharp spicyness in the end. Strong but quite well embedded.

Bottle with SinH4. Huge habernero nose, lemony, ginger. Honey-like pale yellow with lace. Well used chilis, great flavor and not too ridiculously hop, lemony, crisp and almost balanced. Still not my thing, but well done.

Rating uploaded while in a hospital bed, cheers. Looks like pear juice with a head. Ginger chili aroma, wow! Sour, chili, warming the soul, not too spicy but daamn is this delicious. 8, 3, 8, 5, 17.

Bottle. Milky pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is habanero indeed, lots of it, a touch fresh yeast. Taste is hababero flesh, lacto, a good amount heat in the back, but not too much (for me, that is). Great stuff!

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours clear pale yello with a very small white head. Aroma of wheat, sourness, tart fruit, lemon, spice, ginger and chili. Flavor is sweet, sour, and quite spicy, wheat, citrus, spicy, heavy ginger and chili. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry, light acidic and rather spicy finish. Well made, but to much imo. 021019
