Melkebaren 221017. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is smoked, caramel. Flavor is dry, smoked, hint of peat, caramel, dried fruits, pine, bread. Easy drinkable OK beer.

Kobberfarget lett tåkete med lavt beige skum. Lukter lett brent karamell, kandis og noe røde frukter. Middels+ i fylde. Søt, lett bitter brent karamell og noe svisker. Middels lang. Noe alkohol i avslutningen.

On tap at Melkebaren. An almost clear dark amber colored beer with a creamy, finger thick beige head leaving curtains. Lager-ish, peated nose with toffee, bread, some dried fruits and a light piney hint. It's medium bodied, smooth, soft and rather sweet on the palate, with a decent bitterness. Roasted, almost burnt, lightly peated flavor with bread, toffee and some piney hops. Lasting finish. I'd like more body in this one, but it's a fine brew indeed. 171022

Sampled @ RBBSG 2017. Clear brownish color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, caramel in the distance, some dark malts, light smoke notes. Average to decent body and carbonation. Ok.

Little cloudy red amber to brown beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, pretty peated, smoky, bitter, bit of an unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: pretty peated, some chocolate, soft bitterness.

Tap@Il Locale, Copenhagen - Amber pour with white head. Sweet and smokey malty aroma and taste with some nice smoked wooden notes, sweet brown sugar, caramel, smoked and toasty malty into the finish.

A Scottish ale. Made by some Italian and Norwegian folks. Shared with a Swedish guy, and enjoyed in Denmark. Inter European stuff.
Clear almost amber color with a fine off white head. Solid lacing. Nice start. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Tad sweet and moderate bitterness. Mild smoked, toffee and bready dominated flavor.
