Rustic beer aged in oak barrel for 3 months and with fresh apricots added. Very aromatic and tart beer with big character of juicy apricots intermingled with notes of new world hops. Bone dry with very full mouthfeel and funky finish. 400g of fresh apricots per liter of beer.

0,75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague. Shared with Ogivlado and him. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Light fruity aroma, ripe, dried or fermented apricot, white grapes, some wine and vanilla. Flavour gives out also bubblegum and orange. Slightly funky. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderately lasting finish.

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and hrabren. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty fruity nose. Fruity, yeasty, light apricot and some acidity with touch of grapes in the finish. Interesting.

Bottle from Malý/Velký, shared with Ogivlado and Hrabren in Zagreb. Murky yellow body, white head - fleeting. Funky, very funky saison aroma, giving out some mild apricot. The taste is a fairly lean, but still sweetish mixture of funk and apricot - in that order. Solid sweetish body, overall... quite a well made beer. Props! Almost worth the price!
