Bottle, 4.5%. Refreshing teaish aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is teaish and a bit watery. Low to medium bitterness. High carbonation.

Ce qui est plaisant sur cette Lupulus Blanche, c'est que nous ne sommes pas sur une Blanche stéréotypés comme peuvent l'être beaucoup de Blanche intégrant coriandre et écorce d'orange dans leur recette. Et même si j'aurais aimé un peu plus de présence et de caractère, cette Lupulus Blanche est très agréable et se laisse boire facilement par chaleur. Le visuel est sur un blond limpide (EBC de 4), une effervescence moyenne et une mousse blanche nappant la surface. Le nez est bien équilibré où les épices viennent réhausser finement la bière sans devenir grossier. On reste toutefois classique dans les arômes avec céréales, citron, écorce d'orange et coriandre. On retrouve ce même équilibre et cette même élégance en bouche avec des épices très bien dosées et une légère acidité donnant un peu de pep's à l'ensemble. Le titrage alcoolique, à 4,5 % est cependant trop court pour donner de la vivacité et du caractère à l'ensemble. La corpulence est également un peu limitée, mais le final, d'une bonne longueur compense en partie. Pas de réelles fausses notes donc pour une blanche appréciable mais limitée par son alcool.

Bottle from a friend. Murky yellow with white head. Aroma of coriander, other spices, malt. Taste starts malty, followed by lemon, spicy estery. good.

bottiglia 33 cl, chiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso è piacevole grano agrumi note floreali, in bocca è scarsina agrumi chiodi di garofano coriandolo spezie, corpo scarno, watery, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Si beve bene ma manca di carattere. Anonima. c. Cantina della birra 19.09.21

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy, slightly spicy and minimally wheaty aroma, notes of lemon, some orange peel, hints of coriander. Taste is tart-ish, mildly bitter, citrusy hoppy, sweet-ish wheaty malty, slightly spicy, notes of lemon, orange peel, some coriander, light banana, a touch of sugary sweetness as well. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally creamy, quite indifferent, minimally cloying palate, rather coarse, soft carbonation. Nice citrusy notes, decent spiciness, a tad too sugary sweetness, quite refreshing overall - nice.

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Citronjuice och zest k doften. Lött och ganska syrlig. Mycket citron även i smaken, lätt kryddig beska ned en lätt alkoholton. Ingen klassisk wit och inte helt lyckad men ok iaf
