Аромат кислый, ощущаются дикие дрожжи, немного хлева, много лимона а затем хмель, американский конечно, крафтовый. Цвет ничего необычного, пенка средняя. Вкус слишком горький что бы раскрыть всю претенциозность стиля. За хмелем скрыты все нотки диких дрожжей, только кислинка легкая в конце, но тоже все съедает горечь. В целом интересно, но не очень хорошо сварено.

330ml bottle – Light hazy pour, a yellow gold colour with an average sized white head that settled. Aroma is lemon rind, toasted grains and sweet herbal hops. Moderately sweet taste, light sweet malt, yeast and lemon zest flavours and with a light peppery herbal hop bitterness in the finish.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, floral, candied fruit. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Golden body, white head. Citric candy aroma going into... Brett? Hmm. Sweetish, nice lemony-herbal taste, initially showing promise before going into a somewhat flat, slightly herbal, soapy and malty finish which ruins the impression. Good, not great.

Tap at Beergeek. All the special elements are manifesting assertively, yet letting all else come through too. This is a really flavourful beer, lots of lemongrass etc. Good.

Bottle at home, 08/11/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, toasted grains, hay bale, light funk, lime zest. Taste comprises zingy citric zest, light yeast esters, hay, light funk, lemon drizzle, faint white peppery spice, lime Opal fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light funky edge. Decent easy drinking and refreshing saison.

Bottle from Waitrose. Pale gold in colour, with a thin, white, head. Sharp, lemon aroma, with some yeasty grains, a funky edge and semi-tart finish. Good.
