Traditional. Czech. Pilsner. Old-school brewing process with double decoction, long cold lagering and only the best local ingredients: floor pilsner malt from Mr. Klusáček's Kounice malt house and Saaz hops. All this to get a full malty body, refined noble hop aroma, and pleasant crispy bitterness that makes you look forward to another sip.

Hazy pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: malty, bready, noble hops, butter. Taste: bready, malty, sourish notes, noble hop. Medium body, slightly higher carbonation, moderate bitterness. Tasty, drinkable, respecting the tradition of Czech pilsner.

Süffiger, hell herber Beginn. Zwischenzeitlich dumpf, die Herbe steigt an, moderat hopfig. Bitter, mittellanger Abgang. Okay. 7/9/8/8/9/8

Tap (2. Lotny Festiwal Piwa, Wrocław). Klasyczny puls, słodowy z niewielką goryczka, ciut jakby wodnisty ale generalnie ok.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy pale malty and grassy, hoppy aroma, minimally doughy, yeasty overtones, a touch of butter, whiffs of white pepper. Taste is bitter, slightly grassy hoppy, spicy pale malty, some butter, a touch of white pepper, minimally strawy and mineral overtones; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and gentle, still efficacious carbonation. Quite sturdy, beefy interpretation of the style - good.

This is my first of a flight of five at the BeerGeek Bar, Prague, 20.07.20. The colour is very clear and very pale golden, with white diminishing head and more persistent lacing. The first aroma and taste is quite weak, with pilsner malt, lemon and sorrel. The lingering bitterness is more prominent, with sour citrus.

# 2047; 6/2020. Nice malty and herbal aroma. Straw and briliant bod, white head. Malty and herbal, light body, zesty. Good beer but definitely not typical bohemian pilsner. 0,3 l, draught, multitap pub, Prague.

Tap at Beergeek. Pretty clasic. Basementy, good balance of yeast, honeyish grainy malt and grassy herbal hops. Med body, med carbo. Easy drinking. Quite good.
