Nothing is stronger associated with the US west coast than surfing. And so Foam Climb is inspired by surfers, as depicted in the 1991 cult film “Point Break”. Starring young Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze, it is a story about surfers, robbery, self-knowledge and the achievement of internal balance. You know nothing. In fact, you know less than nothing. Find your personal Zen, merge with the wave, and then surrender to its power. While taming it at the same time. Get in sync, and then charge.

Nice tasty IPA Hazed golden in the glass and a fine head. Ok lacing Nice hoppy aroma with a fine intensity Balanced sweetness and a fine bitterness Mellow carbonation level Grapefruit hoppy, fruity and pine in the flavor [On tap at KEGzistence in Plzen, Czech Republic]

Clear golden, lasting airy white head. Sweet piney aroma, some fruit and crackers. Flavour has bitter pine, sweet fruit and malt.

Appearance: Misty gold, huge white frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Tropical fruits, honey, citrus, floral notes, pine needles, malt. Taste: Pure. Light sweet, medium plus bitter. Citrus fruits, pine needles, tropical notes, malt. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Medium bidy, average carbonation. Overall: A very enjoyable West Coast IPA.

Clear bright pale yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, very fruity, grapefruit, piny, a bit dank, sweaty feet, decent! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, a bit malty, grains, citrus, hay, bitter, zesty. Aftertaste: fruity, citrus, hoppy, grassy, good, nice one!

Dorée, col blanc.
Arôme reste sur une approche classique US - finement herbacé, qcq pointes rappelant le bubble gum avec une fin pointe de pin sans vraiment parvenir à percer comme je l'aurais noté sur une Stone Arrogant.
Palais est assez sec, houblonné léger avec ce côté herbacé sec tout au long, qcq résidus levure qui accentue cette sensation. Apport un peu C-hops surfant avec des houblons un peu plus new world qui donne ce côté plus agrumes.

On tap at Axiom Pub Brno. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, malty and weak citrusy nose. Moderate malty, light caramel, notes of citrus and grass with bitterish finish. Nothing special here.
