An IPA, but not a classic IPA with somewhat of a Belgian twist. Two classic American hops and a new Belgian variety of hops. A bit of biscuit malt to add some 'cookie' on the tongue and elderflower to break and balance out the bitterness.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt (pale ale, Cara 50 & biscuit), wheat malt, hops (Chinook, Amarillo, exp. variety: Warneton 7784), elderflower & yeast.

Hazy blond with thick fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have a nice balance of spicy yeast and fruity, floral hop. Very good 'Belgian IPA'

Bottle from 2Be, Bruges. Pours hazy dark orange wiht a big, frothy, off-white head. The aroma contains yeast, bitter hops, herbs, some iron, more vegetables than fruits, dough. It tastes light, almost medium malty sweet and light to medium herbal bitter; bit dry and short finish. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation - a tad soapy. Somewhat dirty in the nose and overall, a rather 'dirty' IPA, as in rougher, less refined tastes... "Ceci N'IPA", indeed, I guess.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, some hops, old hops, a bit spicy, weird herbal flavors, a bit peppery. I don't like it and I don't think this is an IPA at all. Bleh, drainpoured it.

11/VIII/17 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - BB: III/2019 (2017-1199)
Clear orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, irregular, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some rings of lace in the glass when drinking. Aroma: a bit fruity, sweet malts, grains, some caramel, some tropical fruits, yeast, mango. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, rather sweet, some citrus, soft bitterness, bit sugary, bit yeasty. Aftertaste: sweet, some yeast, caramel malts, soft bitterness, alcohol noticeable, some cookies, grains. Not really and ipa, but then again, I wasn't expecting it to be one...

15th May 2017: 330ml bottle in De Bierboom, Brugge. Full and lasting beige head on the amber body. Good hop profile with a citrus leaning in both the aroma and flavour. A fine start to our Brugge drinking day.
