Kuldne hägune õlu valge peaga. Maitse ja lõhn on tsitrus, üllatavalt hapukas, lilleline, nisune, nats vesine, nats banaani ja muud tüüpilist nisu õlle värki ka. Hea.

Hazy amber with a frothy white head. Heavy on the lime and light on the bananas compared to most Weizens. Lots of clove underneath and a touch of lemony cleaning agent. Taste is bittersweet, trending strongly citric at the finish. The refreshing fruitiness is fighting with a slightly vinegary hint that I’m not sure is altogether intended. The bottle is admittedly three months expired though, an unfortunate omission but the Frau is never keen on splitting the Weizens. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Still quite drinkable but a bit below average as it stands.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a weizen glass. Hazy pale golden, a lot of tiny bubbles, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, lemon, banana, cloves. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, some acidity in the background, wheat, banana, citrusy hops, almost no spicy notes. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, fresh sweetbitter aftertaste, even for a weizen rather thin mouthfeel, bit papery, citrusy hops linger on for some time, not one of the best of this style, quaffable though, okay.

Uit een halve liter fles. Troebel gouden kleur, veel wit schuim. Aroma wat zwak, zachte smaak, licht banaan. Voor een weizen had de smaak Waggoner mogen zijn.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before February 2021. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little grassy aroma of lemon peel, passion fruit, some banana and hints of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly fruity-floral, slightly grassy taste of lemon peel, passion fruit, banana and hints of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nicely fresh, hoppy Weizen, superbly balanced and harmonious, quite good!

0,5 l bottle from a Hol´ Ab! market. Opaque pale golden in the glass, nearly two finger white foamy head. Fruity orange and tropical fruity hop smell, low wheat and yeast. Taste starts also with tropical fruity elements. Increasing wheat and yeast in the second part. Some fruity sweetness. Below average carbonation. Interesting interpretation of a Weißbier.
