From tap at Poesiat & Kater, Amsterdam. Caramel malt aroma with some fruitiness from the Cascara. Yeast, dried fruits, raisins, plum, hint of cocoa, dark malt. Sweet with a wisp of alcohol in the finish. Above medium body. Good Quad with plenty goin' on.

Dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of banana and date sweetness. Hints of dark chocolate. Rich and oily. Slightly woody. It's something between a Grand Prestige and a Rochefort.
