Bottle: Greenish-golden, a bit unclear, small foamy layer; sweetish pale-malty and grainy nose with a citrussy touch; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied as well, soft; sweet-malty finish with a pronounced citrussy-hoppy aftertaste. Refreshing, yes......

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly dusty and nutty (cara-)malty aroma with a tinge of honey and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Caramel-malty taste with a subtle honey-fruity touch and dusty and herbal accents; sweet malt-accented, subtle fruity-tart and shy bitter finish. 18.X.10

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, but could be a bit more zippy. Starts grasy-hoppy, becomes more and more moldy. Grasy-moldy finish, not really drinkable. Not good.

previously tested on German BTO 02/2007: Wieder sehr schöne Flasche. Bier sieht gut aus, schäumt schön auf. Säuerlicher Antrunk + Mittelteil, das Säuerliche zieht sich durch das ganze Bier durch. Leicht malzig und hopfig. Es wurde nur Hopfenextrakt verwendet, und der Hopfen in diesem Bier schmeckt mir nicht besonders gut. Recht dünner Geschmack. Sehr schade, die Flasche hat Hoffnung auf etwas viel besseres gemacht.

Milder Antrunk, in dem vorerste nur ein herber Ton zu erkennen ist, der noch im Antrunk stärker wird und sich mit einer Gewürznote verbindet. Dies ist dann das Mittelteilaroma, es verändert sich kaum, wird eventuell leicht hopfig. Im Nachgeschmack wird das Bier schnell wässrig. Solche hellen gibt es massenweise.
