Hefiger, dunkel fruchtiger Beginn. Bereits hier macht sich eine eindimensionale Bitterkeit im Hintergrund bemerkbar, die mit der Zeit noch zunimmt. Schwer, hefig, wenig alkoholisch. Die Bitterkeit stört weiterhin. Süß-hefig, nicht ganz rund. 11/9/7/8/9/7

Bottle, danke Günther. Spicy aroma - allspice, clove. Cloudy orange, low lacing cream. Spices, wood, light dust, dry herbs, citrus. Mellow mouthfeel, sparkly, dry on the palate. Light cheese retronasal. Pleasant enough.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured with a medium-sized creamy and lacy off-white head; solid sweetish-wheaty and slightly toasty nose; solid sweetish-bitter flavour with a light acidity included, soft MF, medium-bodied; slightly lingering sweet-wheaty finish, balanced by a delicate acidity and a shy tartness. Fine, moreish stuff.......

(Bottle at Timo A’s tasting, thanks) Orange and cloudy.Quite large and quickly disappearing white head. Frutiness, rubber, sweetness and malts in aroma. Watery and warming palate with medium carbonation. Malts, fruitiness, banana, sweetness and lightly bitterness in taste.

(bottle, purchased at the brewery tap) Hazy, orange colour with a huge and persistent minimal off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty wheaty aroma with a distinctive citrus-fruity note. Sweet and slightly acidic flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with distinctive fruity elements of citrus banana and pineapples. Sweet and moderately sourish fruity finish with a well-hidden alcohol. Deceptive and likeable Weizenbock (07.VIII.09).

Bottled (from beerangel.com). Hazy orangeish golden colour with mediumsized white fluffy head, slight lace. Aroma is banana, some tropical fruits, mild alcohol and some sugar. Flavour is quite much the same along with quite strong herbal/spicy notes.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 09/2009). Hazy orange color, decent white head. Strong aroma of banana, apricor, candy and grainy wheat, some yeasty/glue notes. Above average body. Wheat, overriped banana, alcohol and tiny hops in the finish. Leaves quite alcoholic (mixed with banana candy) aftertaste. Very sweet. Not really refreshing, more for slow drinking.
