Die warme Kastanienfarbe und eine imposante beige Schaumkrone versprechen ein intensives Geschmackserlebnis. Ein komplexer Duft nach reifem Obst, dunklen Beeren, Pflaumen und Nelken steigert die Vorfreude. Beim Antrunk ist direkt eine Fruchtsüße wahrnehmbar. Vordergründig spielen Nelken- und Sherrynoten mit. Stark moussierend prickelt die Kohlensäure auf der Zunge. Der volle Körper breitet sich mit einer harmonischen Süße im Mund aus. Der Abgang ist angenehm leicht wärmend.

Bottle bought in Marsberg. Smooth mild beer. The beer starts yeasty with a mild clove chocolate undertone. Fresh and smooth, not too intense, round with a chocolaty aftertaste and a moderate bitterness. Nice and round, fresh and nice.

Malzig hefiger, minimal röstiger Antrunk. Schwacher Mittelteil, in dem die Herbe steigt und die Würzigkeit sinkt. Bananennoten, wässrig hefig. Ok. 11/8/9/8/9/9

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, cloudy, stable medium-sized off-white head, caramelly and toasty-wheaty nose with a delicate yeasty touch, a tinge of chocolate is detectable, too; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering caramelly-wheaty finish with an illusion of cacao. Nothing to complain…
