This blond ale has been elaborated with 2 different chilis, however it is not spicy. The coriander gives a round body. The cold infusion of mauve gives a small floral finish. Definitely something new to try.

Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is Nice, full, bit chili, complex, full. Taste is very full chili, but not spicy, just the actual Taste. Bit dry ( chili dryness ) Nice !

Draft glass @ Beerstorming. Hazy orange with big white bubbles. Nose is oddly big sweet yoghurt, sugar, white sugar, yoghurt yeast & candy sweet. Taste is murky Belgian yeast, low bitterness from the yeast, touch boozy, sweet apple yeast, paper, sugar, overripe fruit (low), the flowers are mildly present in the finish. Served too cold. Messy with excessive yeast, murky beer. Messy overly yeasty Belgian beer, sadly I just don’t get the chili, they were supposed to mild but they seem to be entirely absent.
