Il naso viene catturato dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, biscotto, frumento, avena e fiori.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale yellow, medium transparent, with limited, fine white foam. Aroma is lemony, but not excessive. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate, well balanced between some sweetness and moderate bitterness, and fairly dry.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 10/2021, lotto# L41 20.
Dorée paille, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme est plaisant superbement bien fruité sur le tropical et agrumes - je note organe, fruit de la passion, pomelo avec une finesse de grains et malts en rétro.
Palais est plaisant avec une belle rondeur de grains et de suite accompagné par un excellent caractère agrumes - écorce d'orange rencontre le fruit de la passion qui sent bon le soleil. Bière blanche belge, mais il serait raisonnable que l'Italie puisse avoir son style de Blanche Italienne tellement je les trouve plus raffinées. Fini plutôt sec sur les malts et céréales avec un retour en amertume qui se vaut bien avec le fruité - houblonné sur le noble et Nouveau Monde. Du tout bon, pas besoin de ruiner cela avec de la purée ou du jus de fruits.

Bottle at Beermalade wit tasting. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light bitterness, still a bit more than expected, but remains in balance. Overall character mostly spicy phenolic, flowery, light general sourness. Very lightly burnt. Overall pretty well made wit. Quite good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish.

Hell hefiger, ziemlich trockener Antrunk. Deutlich bitter, das Bier bleibt insgesamt konstant, geringfügig hell würzig. Ok. 11/9/9/9//9
