Tasting at Ferris’
Cloudy brown color. Impressive and unexpected aroma, flowery, fresh, fruity (passion fruit). Dry mouthfeel, highly carbonated, lactic acid, lemony, slightly salty, hint of dark malts.
Nice aroma, the rest is a mess.

Bottle - Salty and Passionfruit with some lemon peel. Dirty brown with a frothy white head. Nice and light tartness with a touch of lychee and salt. Not sure about dark, but otherwise nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour caramel aroma. Fruity malty sour caramel flavor with weak salty hints. Has a fruity sour caramel finish.
