1 l bottle. Pours unclear pale golden. Nose is tart. Aroma of sour apples, dry white wine, some lemon, minimum apple vinegar. Sour taste, minimum sweetness. Medium bodied, watery texture, sour dry finish, flat carbonated. Simple, but well made and refreshing. But don't drink too much of it...

Heller, mild apfeliger Antrunk, gute süß-trockene Mischung. Spritzig, im Mittelteil Nuancen von Zitrone, sehr süffig. Einfach, dennoch auf hohem Level. 8/9/9/10/8/9

1l-bottle from Rewe in Butzbach. Cloudy in the glass, nice sourish apple-aroma in the nose. Only little sparkling. The unfiltered cider starts nice mild, not too sour. Quite easy to drink. The mainpart is a bit neutral, but the aftertaste s quite long with nice sour-tart apple aroma. But still a bit watery-neutral. --> Nice cloudy cider. 10/13/9/9

Bottle(1000ml, purchased at the cidery):Pale greenish-golden, hazy, immedetel vanishing whkte fluffy head, sourish - but no very dry - apple-fruity nose, very faint traces of malic acid,; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, even some bitterness detectable, medium bodied; lingering sourish-sweet vinous and apple-fruity finish with a subdued bitterness and tartness and tartness in the aftertaste. Very nice cider…
