Creative minds are everywhere at Wicked Weed. This beer is the result of our first employee beer idea contest. Alanna and Holly came up with this idea and helped brew the beer. Brewed to embody every aspect of French Toast, we used maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and real French Toast to create a beer suitable for the breakfast or dinner table.

Bottle. Very dark brown almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is burnt toast, with hints of maple and vanilla. Taste is coffee, toast, maple, and vanilla.

Nicely balanced flavor, would’ve preferred slightly sweeter for the flavor profile but still a very solid dessert beer.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, fudge, vanilla, coconut notes and brownies. Total pastry stout. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Dark brown color with tan head and maple syrup aroma. Maple syrup sweetness followed by a coffee bitterness with a spicy finish.

On tap at Duckworths uptown. Black with medium beige head. Aroma is maple, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is French toast and maple syrup.
