Tap at Salon piva. Easy drinking, showing the classic horsey barnyardy saisony character, but not too much. Remains quite sessionable. Overall a moreish and tasty beer, slightly fruity.

01-04-17 // sampled from tap at CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Hazy golden beer. Well carbonated. Taste is light belgian yeasty, farmhouse, herbs, floral. Mild bitter.

Pours clean blond, very much visible carbonation. Good to big white head. Smell is mild bitter, touch of the floral aspects. Taste is mildly bitter, some floral aspects. Bit thin. Nice drinkability.

Bottled@Post-Xmas-Saveur-Xmas-Calendar party. Hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma is earthy, some citrus, toffee and mild spicy yeast. Flavour is earthy, citrusy, mild spicy yeast and gets a bit funky notes as it warms up.
