330 mml bottle tasted on the 02/12/2016. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grass. berries, some earth and malts. Taste is medium sweet with a bitter touch. Presence of berries and grass. Next one please!

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 30A / 25B - Standard). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L/60 (BBF 10/17). AROMA: moderate citric notes (lime, oranges) and apricot. Mild flower, yeasty notes with a very faint lactic presence. low slight sweet malty background. APPEARANCE: golden color and slightly hazy. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low citric note (orange) with a faint flowery presence. soft slightlly sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry, bitter finish with some bready yeast presence. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a very nice saison with good aromas but with less complex flavor. Good nonethless.
